Description

The all-new Trek Domane SL 5 , available here in white and red , is designed for endurance. This very comfortable road bike offers the know-how and technology of the American brand at a very competitive price. In this new 2020 version, we find an ever more durable and aerodynamic frame. Equipped with the incredible front and rear ISOSPEED system, the Domane SL 5 is extremely comfortable. It shares the geometry of the SLR model but is distinguished by a less complex carbon composition and the absence of the frame flexibility adjustment slider. The unique IsoSpeed carbon fork curved towards the dropouts absorbs road vibrations so the arms don't tire as quickly. In this SL 5 version, it is equipped with the SHIMANO 105 2x11 speed transmission , with hydraulic disc brakes from the same group and remarkably durable BONTRAGER Affinity Disc Tubeless ready aluminum wheels .

COMPONENTS:

SHIMANO 105 x 11 speed transmission offering ultra-smooth gear changes and great reliability, it is offered here with a compact crankset composed of 50 and 34 tooth chainrings and an 11 to 34 tooth cassette to tackle any type without problem flat or mountainous routes.

Shimano 105 disc brakes with "Flat mount" fixing system offering maximum integration and allowing the use of wide wheels and tires (maximum section of 32mm) This system also improves braking performance compared to a standard caliper.

BONTRAGER aluminum peripherals (handlebars, stem and seat post). Allowing a contained weight without increasing the bill. They offer dimensions adapted to the size of the bike for an optimal position, mounting for computer and lighting included. 20mm seat post offset.

BONTRAGER Arvada Comp saddle, with comfort steel rails , ideal for long rides thanks to thick padding.

BONTRAGER Affitiny Tubeless ready aluminum wheels . Built with aluminum rims and hubs, they are light and strong. Mountable in tubeless mode, to gain comfort by allowing lower pressures and reducing the risk of punctures.

BONTRAGER R1 Hard-Case Lite tires with their 32mm section, they offer great comfort by allowing you to ride with less pressure. Very resistant to punctures and offering great longevity.
