Nos modèles urbainsIt was in the fall of 1976, in a barn in southern Wisconsin, halfway between their cities of Madison and Milwaukee, that two visionaries embarked on an adventure to produce bikes of extraordinary beauty. In the town of Waterloo, their dream became reality. When the barn was converted into a workshop in 1976, the company had five employees. In its first year of operation, Trek produced 904 touring frames. A culture of craftsmanship and rebellion developed in parallel, leading them to worldwide success. Now a benchmark in world cycling, the brand has not disavowed its origins, as its head office is just a kilometer and a half from the original barn. Every bike we produce now embodies Trek’s founding principles.
