The box of five energy bars with Apricot/Almond flavor from the APURNA brand is specially designed to be enjoyed during and after exercise . When you play sports, it is important to anticipate the pump. Each bar gives you energy and resistance to go the distance. Energy bars are a source of protein, they help maintain muscle mass.

An energy bar gives you what you need for a boost during exercise:

Carbohydrates: to maintain your glucose level without drawing on your reserves (muscles and liver) and thus extend the duration of the effort.

Vitamins and minerals: notably vitamins B2, B3, B6 and C which help reduce fatigue, and vitamins C and E which help protect cells against oxidative stress.
