The TREK Dual Sport 2 for men , here available in gray , is the hybrid bike par excellence. Perfectly cut for sporty outings on carriage roads, it is no less at ease on the road, where it is as comfortable as it is fast. Designed from a light and robust high-end aluminum frame , this bike has components that make it very versatile. There is an SR SUNTOUR NEX suspension fork with 63mm travel and a locking system, and TEKTRO hydraulic disc brakes allowing effective braking in all weathers. To ride fast on the road or on the trail, the Dual Sport 2 has 28" aluminum BONTRAGER wheels . Built from double-walled rims and SHIMANO hubs , they are equipped with 40mm wide BONTRAGER tires offering impeccable grip. A true all-in-one bike, this Dual Sport 2 has everything it takes to appeal to lovers of light touring or pure cyclists looking for a multi-use bike at a very competitive price.

FRAME :

High-end hydroformed aluminum frame (Alpha Gold). The hydroforming of the frame makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the tubes on the zones undergoing the least stress in order to lighten the frame. The most exposed areas are reinforced to provide greater rigidity. Compatible for 9mm quick release axles.

Internal cable routing provides a clean finish and longer cable life.

Luggage rack inserts, mudguards . To allow complete and easy accessorization of the bike according to the desired use. Kickstand inserts are located on the chainstay for safe and convenient mounting.

SHIMANO Acera/Altus transmission . Fitted with a triple chainring crankset (48 and 38 and 28 teeth) coupled to an 8-speed cassette (11 to 32 teeth). This transmission makes it possible to tackle all the climbs with the greatest of ease.

TEKTRO HD-M275 hydraulic disc brakes . Offering the reliability and performance of hydraulic braking at an affordable price. They provide effective braking whatever the weather.

SR SUNTOUR NEX fork With its 63mm of travel, it is ideal for absorbing shocks and maintaining comfortable handling on the roughest sections without weighing down the bike too much. It has a hydraulic lock on the crown to lock and unlock the suspension and not lose efficiency on the road.

BONTRAGER aluminum peripherals (handlebar, stem, seat tube) for maximum weight reduction and ease of adjustment. Each piece is matched to the size of the frame. 27.2mm diameter seatpost.

BONTRAGER Sport saddle with steel rails. It offers a comfortable and sporty seat to suit a maximum of practitioners.

28" BONTRAGER Connection wheels . With their double-walled aluminum construction, 32 spokes and Formula aluminum hubs, they are strong and stiff.

BONTRAGER GR1 Comp tyres , with a section of 40mm, they provide the grip and the performance necessary to not lose grip on the paths without slowing down the progress on the road too much. Their robust 60 TPI HardCase Lite carcass offers good resistance to punctures.
