The Salewa Rapace GTX is a lightweight and versatile summer mountaineering shoe in nubuck with a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX upper membrane.
Its grip and comfort make it the solution for via ferratas and summer mountaineering.
This weather-resistant hiking shoe features the Salewa 3F system which provides ankle support, flexibility and a perfect fit.
Its Vibram Wrapping Thread Combi (WTC) sole provides good traction with a natural feel and good grip on rock.
The Rapace is also stiff enough to be used with hybrid/semi-automatic crampons. The GORE-TEX Performance Comfort lining makes the shoe very breathable and its rubber stone guard which envelops the entire shoe ensures safety and long-lasting strength.
