With three AAA batteries, the maximum power is 450 lumens with a 100-metre beam distance. The battery life varies depending on the mode selected and the power source used.
The 1250 mAh CORE battery recharges in approximately 3.5 hours. Alternatively, the headlamp accepts three AAA/LR03 batteries, not included. Its IPX4 rating indicates resistance to weather and water splashes, but it cannot be submerged.
The Petzl ACTIK CORE is compatible with the HELMET ADAPT and BIKE ADAPT 2 mounts, sold separately. It is not a substitute for regulatory bicycle lighting for use on public roads.
