The Nemo Equipment Disco Mens 30 sleeping bag is designed to guarantee warmth and comfort for hikers who like to sleep on their side.
Its Spoon shape provides comfortable space at the elbows and knees, allowing side sleepers to easily change positions. Offering a comfort temperature of 5°, the Disco Mens 30 sleeping bag guarantees effective warmth during your spring and summer hikes. Its waterproof and breathable footbox is designed to resist tent condensation: the down in this area will remain warm and effective even when your feet are in contact with the damp canvas of the tent. Environmentally friendly, the sleeping bag features RDS-certified PFC-free filling, which ensures the traceability of the down throughout the supply chain. The Blanket Fold flap at the neck and the anti-draft tube limit heat loss while the Thermo Gills front openings allow you to escape body heat without letting in cold drafts.
You will appreciate its integrated pocket designed to accommodate a pillow: you can slip in a jacket or additional clothes for safe and comfortable support during the night.

- comfort temperature: 5°C
- comfort limit temperature: -1°C
- extreme temperature: - 18°C
- Comfort temperature: up to this temperature, the user, in a relaxed position on his back, does not feel any cold.
- Comfort limit temperature: between the comfort temperature and the comfort limit temperature, the user must move into a curled up position to maintain a comfortable heat level. Below the comfort limit temperature, the user may feel cold.
- Extreme temperature: temperature below which the user will feel a great sensation of cold which can be harmful to health (hypothermia). It is not recommended for a user to reach extreme limits
