By equipping the Wave Rider 26 with MIZUNO Energy technology, the Japanese brand adds thickness to its shoe. This allows the runner to benefit from more cushioning and gain energy return. With MIZUNO Energy, flexibility and stability are also improved. The foam used is indeed denser and more resistant than the Eva foam found on other models.

THE WAVE PLATE FOR BETTER PROPULSION
MIZUNO has also made use of one of its technological classics: the Wave plate. Encrusted between two layers of Energy, the Wave forms a wave that improves stability when placing the foot, while promoting better propulsion in the resumption of stride.
