The Scout 3XT is a lightweight and versatile headlamp designed for everyday outdoor adventures. It has a red light mode for preserved night vision, a battery level indicator and a higher light output of 350 lumens compared to the Scout 3X. The Scout 3XT features hybrid technology, which means the battery compartment is compatible with a rechargeable Silva hybrid battery, purchased separately, and standard 3xAAA batteries.
