Haix Scout High Top Intervention Shoes - Black Waterproofing and breathability Featuring a GORE-TEX® Extended lining and 3-layer GORE-TEX® laminate, the Scout shoes are both waterproof and breathable. Made from a mix of fabric and treated leather that reflects the sun's rays, the Scout model offers you excellent thermal comfort. The HAIX® Climate ventilation system uses the back-and-forth movement of walking to wick sweat outwards through openings at the top of the upper and tongue. Finally, the insole and the first mounting sole effectively absorb perspiration, before unpleasant odors caused by bacteria appear. Optimal protection Scout shoes are equipped with non-slip and very resistant Vibram soles. Compliant with the EN ISO 20347:2012 standard, these outsoles, made from a mixture of rubber and polyurethane, are robust, guarantee good support and will withstand all types of terrain. They will also allow you to walk on oil and gasoline without fear, and will insulate you from cold and heat.
