How to choose your pole size?
There is a formula to determine the optimal size for your poles: multiply your height in centimetres by 0.67. For example, if you are 175 cm tall, your poles should be around 117 cm. The sizes offered by manufacturers are usually 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130 and 135 cm, so if you are between two sizes, round to the nearest 5 cm.
