The Baouw Organic Energy Gel Red Berries - Hibiscus 85 g is a natural and organic energy gel designed to support athletes during intense efforts. Its recipe combines a high fruit content, agave syrup with a low glycaemic index and extra virgin olive oil to offer a natural alternative to classic energy gels.
With 30 g of carbohydrates per pouch, this Baouw gel provides a source of energy adapted to the needs of the effort. Its fluid and non-sticky texture makes it easy to consume during activity, while its taste combines red berries and hibiscus for a gourmet experience without a chemical aftertaste.
A 100% ORGANIC RECIPE
Baouw favours a recipe made from foods from organic farming, including strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, hibiscus, rosehip and extra virgin olive oil.

Each 85 g pouch provides 30 g of carbohydrates to meet energy needs during intense efforts.
A FLUID AND NON-STICKY TEXTURE
Its fluid texture makes it easy to take during effort and avoids the pasty feeling generally associated with certain energy gels.
A 2-IN-1 GEL
The gel can be consumed directly from the pouch or diluted in 500 ml of water to prepare an energy drink.
Baouw recommends consuming 1 to 2 gels per hour depending on the intensity of the effort. The gel can be consumed pure or diluted in 500 ml of water.

After opening, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 48 hours. Before opening, store away from moisture between 15°C and 25°C.
