The Baouw Organic Natural Gel Lime-Mint 85 g supports athletes during intense efforts by providing a source of energy based on fruit and ingredients from organic farming. Its recipe combines 32 g of carbohydrates per pouch with the fresh and natural taste of lime and mint.
Composed of apple purée, agave syrup, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil and mint juice, this natural energy gel offers a fluid and non-sticky texture. Its compact and resealable pouch allows it to be consumed in several doses during exercise.

Baouw develops this gel from 100% organic ingredients, with a high proportion of fruit and agave syrup with a glycemic index of 15. The recipe is also vegan and gluten-free.
A 2-IN-1 GEL
The gel can be consumed directly from its pouch or diluted in 500 ml of water to obtain an energy drink. A practical solution to vary the methods of refuelling during exercise.

Consume 1 to 2 gels per hour depending on the intensity of the effort. The gel can be consumed directly or diluted in 500 ml of water to prepare an energy drink.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a maximum of 48 hours. Before opening, store away from moisture between 15°C and 25°C. Baouw guarantees a remaining best-before date of 6 months.
