The Baouw Isotonic Drink Lemon - Elderflower is an energy drink designed to support endurance efforts. Its formula combines carbohydrates, electrolytes, BCAAs, vitamins, and minerals to support hydration and energy intake during exercise.
Its isotonic formula combines a 1:0.8 glucose/fructose ratio with electrolytes and BCAAs. It also contains glutamine and taurine.
The 585 g bag contains 13 servings of 45 g. Each serving is diluted in 500 ml of water to prepare a drink suitable for running, trail running, cycling and other endurance sports outings.
