Directions for use

Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and let it dissolve for about 15 minutes to obtain a properly diluted electrolyte drink. Baouw recommends consuming this drink at a rate of 500 ml per hour. The tablets can be used during or after exercise.

FAQ

Why do Baouw tablets take longer to dissolve?

The dissolution time is deliberately longer than that of some conventional tablets. Baouw explains this by the high concentration of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants and the absence of ultra-processed sweeteners such as sorbitol.

Can Baouw electrolyte tablets be used outside of sport?

Yes. Baouw indicates that its tablets can also be used on a daily basis to flavour water, in addition to their use before, during or after a sporting activity.

Why combine electrolytes with hydration during exercise?

During physical activity, sweating leads to a loss of water and minerals. The electrolytes provided by the drink help to supplement fluid intake by compensating for some of these mineral losses.
