STABILITY
When we talk about shoe width, it refers to the distance between the inside and outside of the shoe, or, as we say, between the medial (inside) and the lateral (outside). By increasing this distance, you create a wider platform for the runner to land on and stay on. Generally speaking, this means that the wider the shoe, the more stable it is.

Once compressed, the device helps return the foot more quickly from a flat position to a neutral position.
