Hydration plays an essential role in your sports practice and must be controlled. This drink is composed of:
- carbohydrates and electrolytes : which help maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise.
- antioxidant vitamins and minerals (C, E, B2, selenium, zinc) protect cells against oxidative stress. Its isotonic property** promotes water exchanges between cells, which allows your body to be properly hydrated throughout the sporting effort. When to consume it? Drink regularly during exercise and without waiting to feel thirsty: between 0.5L and 1L/hour of exercise.

Je l'ai utilisé pour une course de 100Km à pied en complément aux ravitaillements solides et liquides de l'organisation. Il ne donne aucun problème d'estomac. Idem pour un ami auquel je l'ai fait essayer. Pas eu de crampes ni douleurs musculaires.
