This machine has been hand finished with Danish oil which provides a deep shine and gives warmth to the wood.

Resistance :

The WaterRower rower's unique, patented WaterFlywheel flywheel mechanism was designed to replicate the physical dynamics of rowing. Thus, the patented WaterFlywheel flywheel offers naturally self-regulating resistance.

The aerodynamic resistance effect delivered by the WaterFlywheel is proportional to the speed at which you row, like in rowing.
