They consist of compressing a joint in order to stimulate the proprioceptive system.

This will order the nervous system to trigger muscle contractions that will help strengthen the stability of the joint.

There are 3 levels of support in this category (light, moderate and heavy) depending on the level of joint instability and pain experienced.
These orthoses will be particularly suitable for the treatment of benign sprains (degree 1) as well as for proprioceptive rehabilitation following more serious sprains.
