Afin d’éviter que vos activités préférées se transforment en cauchemar, voici quelques conseils :

- Debout en chaussettes, posez votre pied à plat sur une feuille de papier installée sur une surface plane et marquez un trait au crayon sur la feuille au niveau de votre plus grand orteil et de votre arrière talon.
- Mesurez en centimètres la distance entre les deux marques de crayon.
- Calculez la taille en points de Paris (taille européenne) de votre pied grâce au calcul suivant : 1 point de Paris = 0,66cm ou fiez-vous à notre tableau de correspondance pour trouver votre taille idéale en fonction de la marque de la chaussure souhaitée.

The Eagle 10 men's mountain bike shoe is the latest creation from the Italian brand Sidi, is specially designed for cyclists. This versatile model, available in gray, offers excellent power transmission. Fit and stability are enhanced by technologies such as the Soft Instep System 4 and the Tecno 3 closure system. RS17 MTB Sole The RS17 MTB nylon sole, designed specifically for mountain biking, is fitted with non-slip synthetic inserts. The RS17 combines extremely high flexibility and stiffness when pedaling. Microtech The upper material Microtech Upper is a dirt-repellent and particularly ecological upper, very robust, breathable and water-resistant.
