This third generation benefits from an optimised design with a higher sole and a lighter construction compared to the previous version. Its ULTRAWEAVE upper provides lightness and breathability, while the PUMAGRIP outsole ensures reliable grip on the road. The FAST-R NITRO™ Elite 3 for Women is therefore aimed at runners who want to maximise their efficiency during competitions.
PROPULSION AND EFFICIENCY
The NITROFOAM™ Elite foam offers significant energy return to support fast strides. Combined with the PWRPLATE carbon plate, it promotes powerful propulsion and efficient energy transfer with every step.
A DESIGN OPTIMISED FOR COMPETITION
PUMA announces a 3.15% improvement in running economy compared to the FAST-R NITRO™ Elite 2. The shoe has also been made 95g lighter than the previous generation, while benefiting from a higher midsole and an extended carbon plate.
LIGHTNESS AND BREATHABILITY
The ULTRAWEAVE upper uses a lightweight material designed to promote breathability. It thus supports intense efforts while limiting the constraints related to the shoe's weight.
