The Maurten Solid 160 in a box of 12 bars is a sports nutrition solution designed for endurance efforts. Each 55 g bar provides 40 g of carbohydrates and is divided into two 20 g portions, so you can easily adapt your fuelling to your needs.
The Maurten Solid 160 offers a solid alternative to energy gels and drinks. Made from oats and rice, each bar is pre-cut into two portions to make managing carbohydrate intake during training and competitions easier.
Ingredients: fructose-glucose syrup, oat flakes (26%), maltodextrin, rice flour, sugar, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, salt, emulsifier (lecithin), rice extract.
Allergens: may contain traces of milk, soy, wheat, barley, sesame, peanuts and nuts. Check the packaging before consumption.

Consume the bar before exercise to top up your carbohydrate stores, during low to medium intensity endurance sessions lasting more than two hours, or after an intense session to help replenish carbohydrate stores. You can eat both portions together or consume them separately.

The Solid 160 has a classic oat flavour, while the Solid C 160 contains cocoa and has a chocolatey note. Both versions provide 40 g of carbohydrates per bar.
Each bar includes two pre-cut portions, each providing 20 g of carbohydrates.
Store them at room temperature, between 10 and 30°C, away from extreme conditions.
