Iconic and rugged , the GPSMAP 66s sports a large 3-inch color screen. High-resolution, photo-quality BirdsEye satellite imagery provides a true representation of your surroundings to better spot trails, trailheads, clearings for campsites, parks, parking lots, and even create landmark-based waypoints. The GPS offers superior positioning quality thanks to the performance of the Quad Helix antenna. It offers multi-satellite support as well as wireless connection for Active Weather, for direct downloads and for Garmin Explore . The ABC sensor ( altimeter, barometer and compass ) allows you to closely monitor ascents and descents and predict weather changes. Powerful even in difficult conditions, the GPS offers up to 16 hours of autonomy and up to 1 week in expedition mode . Perfect for the most extreme adventures ! If you need help, the GPS has an LED flashlight and an SOS beacon that reports your location. Compatible with Garmin Explore website and app and Garmin Connect community. Compatible with night vision binoculars.
