Track your progress and results by monitoring your heart rate, distance and speed during your runs. Other security functions are integrated into the Gamin watch, notably the request for assistance: it easily allows you to send your exact location in the event of an emergency. You can select free training programs that fit your goals on Garmin Coach . Receive your text and call notifications directly on your watch.
