Description

The Cube Hyde Race is a fast and dynamic bike, ideal for meeting the demands of the city. Light, handy and comfortable, it is as discreet as it is efficient and will soon be on all your journeys. It has a light and rigid aluminum frame but above all a SHIMANO Alfine 8-speed transmission transmission integrated into the hubs of the rear wheel and completed with a GATES carbon Drive toothed belt. With this system, the worries are over! No more maintenance is required, the lifespan of the components is increased and above all, it will definitely put the grease stains on the bottom of the pants into oblivion. Despite a minimalist look close to a fixie, this bike is equipped with powerful hydraulic disc brakes that are effective in all weathers. Finally, the 28-inch aluminum wheels topped with solid SCHWALBE tires help make it unstoppable!

FRAME

Hydroformed aluminum frame . Important detail: the innovative "Split & Side" rear wheel dropout system allows the frame to be opened to change the belt. The belt tension can also be adjusted easily, and locked with two screws.

Cables are concealed in the downtube to enhance frame lines and reduce maintenance.

Aluminum handlebars, stem and seatpost offer reduced weight and are efficient.

The 28-inch aluminum wheels have a double-walled construction providing great rigidity and solidity to the test of cobblestones or city sidewalks.

SCHWALBE Road Cruiser tires offer the perfect link between the bike and the ground, they are slick enough to provide efficient performance but have grooves to evacuate water and not lose grip on wet ground. With their 42mm section they have very good road holding.
