• Optical Heart Rate Tracking : Polar Verity Sense measures your heart rate using a high-quality 6-LED optical sensor from Polar.

• Transmission range : When the Polar Verity Sense sensor is placed in its holder, it has a transmission range of up to 150 meters. Used without its support, its transmission range can reach 40 meters.
• Heart rate sensor mode : Transmit your heart rate to all kinds of apps, watches or sports equipment compatible with Bluetooth or ANT + technologies, and track your heart rate in real time.
• Record mode : Save your training to internal memory and then sync the data with the Polar Flow app. This will allow you to view your heart rate, the duration of your workout, the display of heart rate zones, the benefit of the workout and the number of calories burned.
• Swimming mode : Place the Polar Verity Sense sensor on your temple with the swimming goggle strap clip and record the data of your training sessions in the pool. This will let you know your heart rate, pace and distance traveled.
• Updatable Firmware : Polar Verity Sense is continuously improving with constant updates.
• Extended battery life: The Polar Verity Sense sensor guarantees you 20 hours of training time with a single charge. You can charge the battery easily with the USB adapter supplied with Polar Verity Sense.
• Waterproof : The Polar Verity Sense sensor is waterproof up to 50 meters.
