The Brooks Running Ghost 16 introduces a series of significant improvements over its predecessor, the Ghost 15 :

- It is lighter, softer and more flexible, providing significant weight reduction and improved flexibility.

- Its midsole incorporates premium foam, guaranteeing increased softness and maximum comfort with every stride.

- The outsole is made from recycled rubber.
