Comment prendre ses mesures ?

Choisir la bonne taille pour ses chaussures n’est pas une mince affaire ! Point clé de la tenue du sportif, la chaussure peut être la clé de votre réussite ou de votre échec si elle n’est pas à votre taille. Afin d’éviter que vos activités préférées se transforment en cauchemar, voici quelques conseils :

- Debout en chaussettes, posez votre pied à plat sur une feuille de papier installée sur une surface plane et marquez un trait au crayon sur la feuille au niveau de votre plus grand orteil et de votre arrière talon.
- Mesurez en centimètres la distance entre les deux marques de crayon.
- Calculez la taille en points de Paris (taille européenne) de votre pied grâce au calcul suivant : 1 point de Paris = 0,66cm ou fiez-vous à notre tableau de correspondance pour trouver votre taille idéale en fonction de la marque de la chaussure souhaitée.

Passé de la cascadia 12 à la 16, je sens nettement la différence. Semelle intermédiaire plus épaisse et plus souple, un confort accrue qui était déjà très bon et un amorti bien mou moins raide que mes 12. Le plus gros gain pour moi c'est son dynamisme (sans doute accompagné de son poids modéré) qui donne des ailes... On a l'impression de courir plus vite pour un même effort comparé à mes 12. Peut-être du rebond j'en sais rien. Le laçage est bon avec des lacets bien long (sans possibilité de rangement malheureusement). Une toe box avec tjrs mal de liberté mais j'ai un pied fin. Pour finir une semelle avec des crampons bien plus espacés qu'auparavant au grip impressionnant. Je suis pas prêt de passer chez Hoka... A acheter les yeux fermés pour du court comme pour du long. PS:service lepape au top, 24h en chronorelais respecté 👏
