Choisir la bonne taille pour ses chaussures n’est pas une mince affaire ! Point clé de la tenue du sportif, la chaussure peut être la clé de votre réussite ou de votre échec si elle n’est pas à votre taille. Afin d’éviter que vos activités préférées se transforment en cauchemar, voici quelques conseils :

- Debout en chaussettes, posez votre pied à plat sur une feuille de papier installée sur une surface plane et marquez un trait au crayon sur la feuille au niveau de votre plus grand orteil et de votre arrière talon.
- Mesurez en centimètres la distance entre les deux marques de crayon.
- Calculez la taille en points de Paris (taille européenne) de votre pied grâce au calcul suivant : 1 point de Paris = 0,66cm ou fiez-vous à notre tableau de correspondance pour trouver votre taille idéale en fonction de la marque de la chaussure souhaitée.

The Trabuco 11 trail shoe from ASICS is designed for runners looking for a versatile, high-performance trail shoe. It features the ASICSGRIP™ solid rubber outsole, FF BLAST™ midsole, breathable mesh upper for optimal foot ventilation, and rearfoot GEL technology. The objective of this model is above all to ensure excellent cushioning and shock absorption.

ASICSGRIP™ TECHNOLOGY
The outsole features ASICSGRIP technology for exceptional grip on the toughest terrain. Multi-directional lugs in the sole provide excellent traction in all directions, for added stability and security in technical terrain.

FF BLAST™ CUSHIONING
Equipped with a FlyteFoam midsole, the Trabuco 11 shoe provides a feeling of cushioning and lightness over time: you run faster, longer, whatever the conditions. Traditionally, when you add more foam to a shoe, you add more weight. By stacking the midsole with FF BLAST™ cushioning, this material adds a responsive feel to your step while keeping the shoe lightweight.

PURE-GEL TECHNOLOGY
The Trabuco 11 shoe is equipped with the new PureGEL™ technology which improves flexibility and shock absorption. It is 65% softer than the gel previously used. This reduces the strain on joints and muscles while running, reducing the risk of injury. Gel technology also improves foot transition by helping to maintain a smoother ride.

Bonne tenue dans le temps. Asics a considérablement amélioré la robustesse de la chaussure. Dernière paire utilisée dans cette série, j'ai pu parcourir 1100 kms en courant et je peux les finir pour la marvhe
