Choisir la bonne taille pour ses chaussures n’est pas une mince affaire ! Point clé de la tenue du sportif, la chaussure peut être la clé de votre réussite ou de votre échec si elle n’est pas à votre taille. - Debout en chaussettes, posez votre pied à plat sur une feuille de papier installée sur une surface plane et marquez un trait au crayon sur la feuille au niveau de votre plus grand orteil et de votre arrière talon.
- Mesurez en centimètres la distance entre les deux marques de crayon.
- Calculez la taille en points de Paris (taille européenne) de votre pied grâce au calcul suivant : 1 point de Paris = 0,66cm ou fiez-vous à notre tableau de correspondance pour trouver votre taille idéale en fonction de la marque de la chaussure souhaitée.

The Gel-Sonoma 7 Gore-Tex shoe from ASICS is a performance trail running shoe, offering optimal waterproofing and breathability thanks to GORE-TEX technology. The EVA midsole and ASICS GEL technology guarantee optimal cushioning and shock absorption for more comfort during your trail runs. The durable rubber outsole provides great grip on all surfaces for added stability and safety.

GORE-TEX TECHNOLOGY
The GORE-TEX technology allows optimal waterproofing and breathability of the shoe. This highly effective membrane keeps water out while allowing air to circulate, keeping you dry and comfortable even in harsh weather conditions.

GEL TECHNOLOGY
The Gel-Sonoma 7 Gore-Tex shoe is equipped with ASICS' Gel cushioning technology, which is placed in ground impact zones (rearfoot) to absorb shock. This reduces the strain on joints and muscles while running, reducing the risk of injury. Gel technology also improves foot transition by helping to maintain a smoother ride.

DURABLE RUBBER OUTSOLE
The durable rubber outsole provides optimal grip on wet and dry surfaces. The multi-directional lugs guarantee optimal traction on all surfaces, giving you added stability and safety while running.
