The indicated daily dose is 3.4 g of powder, providing 3 g of creatine. According to the manufacturer's advice, this quantity should be divided into two doses of 1.7 g, each diluted in approximately 100 ml of water. The doses can be taken in the morning and evening, or before and after training.
