What we offer:
Meet up every Monday from 7pm to 8pm for a running session with a year-round training program.
RDV au Lepape Store Paris (39 rue d'Artois, 75008 Paris) pour déposer vos affaires et vous mettre en tenue.
Départ du run depuis Lepape Store Paris vers le terrain d'entraînement du jour : Parc Monceau, parcours nature dans le Bois de Boulogne, escaliers à Montmartre, le champ des possibles est vaste !
Fin de l'entrainement et retour au Lepape Store Paris pour récupérer vos affaires
A qualified coach and trainer, Nicolas supervises a group of 25 national-level athletes at the Montreuil athletics club. A former top-level athlete himself, he specializes in the 10km road race and the 3000m / 3000m steeplechase track race. He continued his studies with a Master’s degree in Sport Expertise Performance de Haut Niveau at INSEP.
