Designed for hiking, the Mountain Light FUTURELIGHT™ Triclimate® jacket consists of two jackets suitable for three different weather conditions. Popular in the mountain world, this layering system allows great versatility of use, unparalleled efficiency, as well as top breathability.
A FUTURELIGHT™ COATING ON THE OUTER JACKET
Triple-layered, 100% recycled polyester, 73 g/m², and featuring a PFC -free long-lasting water-repellent treatment, the nano-spun FUTURELIGHT™ membrane forms an impenetrable barrier against rain and snow. And that's not all: waterproof and seam-sealed, it also helps regulate your body temperature and is eminently breathable. Finally, this technical fabric optimizes the overall weight of the Mountain Light FUTURELIGHT™ Triclimate® jacket - as evidenced by its 770 g - and optimizes the compaction of the latter when you no longer need it, while allowing you to keep it handy!
RDS CERTIFIED DOWN FILLING IN THE INNER JACKET
To complete the waterproof, light and breathable outer jacket, the inner jacket and its 550-filler down padding from responsible sources is THE ideal candidate. Indeed, this down insulation with swelling power helps retain heat and protects you from the cold. In addition, the RDS label ( Responsible Down Standard ) guarantees goose down from ethical, responsible and traceable sources.
Together, these two jackets protect you from wind, rain, snow, and cold. Note that when the weather is mild but wet, the outer jacket FUTURELIGHT™ is used alone, and when it is cold and dry, the inner jacket with down padding is more than enough.
THE NORTH FACE : THE SENSE OF QUALITATIVE FINISHES
Cut in a standard fit, this jacket made from recycled materials - reducing the landfill of waste and the use of virgin materials - is extremely comfortable. In addition, its fully adjustable fixed hood, zipped front closure with interior storm flap, zipped underarm vents and zipped hand pockets allow you to warm up and modulate the ventilation to your liking. Finally, it is important to specify that the two jackets making up the Mountain Light FUTURELIGHT™ Triclimate® jacket are compatible with other The North Face® garments via a zip closure.
LES CONSEILS D’ENTRETIEN DE THE NORTH FACE
Délicats, les produits en duvet nécessitent un soin particulier afin de conserver toute leur efficacité :
- Utilisez une machine à laver à chargement frontal UNIQUEMENT, et lavez-les dans une eau chaude avec un détergent doux en poudre (sans Javel) sur un cycle doux avec essorage lent. Il peut être nécessaire de répéter le cycle de rinçage pour s'assurer que les résidus de détergent aient bien été éliminés. Un cycle d'essorage supplémentaire peut aider à éliminer l'excès d'eau. Ne pas tirer le produit hors de la machine à laver, le soulever par en dessous.
- Nous vous conseillons de laver cette veste à l’envers et d’en fermer toutes les attaches Velcro® et les glissières.
- Passez votre produit en duvet au sèche-linge pendant un long moment à basse température. Il est aussi important de laver et de sécher les articles individuellement. Nous conseillons de placer des balles de tennis dans le sèche-linge afin d'éviter que le duvet ne fasse des amas.
- Si votre produit en duvet ne rentre pas dans votre machine à laver ou sèche-linge, nous vous conseillons de le confier à un·e professionnel·le spécialisé·e dans le nettoyage du duvet. Cela vous facilitera la vie.
- Si vous n'avez pas de sèche-linge, vous pouvez faire sécher votre produit en duvet sur un radiateur. Retournez-le de temps en temps pour conserver l'homogénéité du duvet.
