The Osymetric chainring has been designed to reduce dead spots, offering a naturally round pedaling. These dead spots being more pronounced on a round chainring, they force the runner to want to pass them more quickly. The pedaling frequency is therefore higher and the fatigue greater.

Thanks to this reduction in dead spots, the Osymetric chainrings allow a more natural pedaling frequency and therefore to ride with a higher gear ratio (more teeth on the chainring). This leads to a reduction in fatigue because of a 10% drop in lactic acid, as well as a 10% power gain at the threshold.

Osymetric trays are not oval in shape like other existing products. The position of each tooth has been studied specifically in relation to the force developed by the runner's leg in this same precise position.

This is why the curve drawn by the Osymetric chainring is unique and why pedaling is so fluid.
