Once paired with your Edge® GPS bike computer, another Garmin device or a compatible smartphone, the Varia RTL515 radar alerts you to up to 8 vehicles approaching behind you at a distance of up to 140 meters. This version of the Varia radar provides better detection of vehicles slowing down behind you compared to the previous model.

Pair your Varia rear radar with the mobile application of the same name and you will feel like you have eyes on the back of your helmet! A car approaching at high speed? Bright, colorful on-screen alerts grab your attention. And if you can't see your phone, you stay informed with sound alerts and vibrations.
DAYTIME VISIBILITY 1.6 KILOMETERS
The rear light is visible in broad daylight up to a distance of 1.6 km and over an angle of 220° thanks to the LEDs located on the side of the device. Motorists can therefore see you from afar. And during group rides, the “peloton” mode produces a low-intensity flash appreciated by other cyclists.
SLIM DESIGN, EASY ASSEMBLY
Elegant with its slim, vertical design, the Varia RTL515 radar is easily installed on most road bikes. And thanks to its new additional support, the Varia can now be mounted on "D" shaped seat posts, aero posts and round posts.

Le radar fonctionne très bien - avec des montres Garmin Fenix et surtout avec le Hammerhead Karoo 2. Ca me donne beaucoup de sécurité pendant conduire sur les rues.

Je n’ai pas encore utilisé le produit mais j’ai le modèle sans lumière et c’est vraiment un très bon produit. Ce n’est pas un gadget supplémentaire c’est vraiment l’accessoire indispensable au cycliste

Ce qui m’a paru longtemps comme un gadget est bien une aide précieuse pour votre sortie vélo. La fonction feu de signalisation qui s’adapte en luminosité selon les circonstances est top. Quant à la fonction détection radar des véhicules suiveurs, c’est une sécurité qui permet d’être vigilant et alerté pour adapter son comportement en conséquence. Livraison Lepape impeccable, délai emballages et prix pratiqué. Parfait pour moi.
