Ferrino Grit 2 Tent ultralight hiking tent - Green The Ferrino Grit 2 Tent ultralight hiking tent is a 2-person tent designed for trekkers, hikers or cyclists who undertake trips with overnight bivouacs. Equipped with a 3000mm waterproof fabric for the roof and 8000mm for the groundsheet, the Grit 2 tent combines breathability and waterproofing, effectively protecting you against humidity. Both easy to assemble and solid thanks to its colored aluminum alloy poles, the Grit 2 model is ideal for hiking over several days. Made from recycled materials and certified Global Recycled Standard, the Grit 2 tent also has large mosquito nets in the veranda area to offer you both protection against insects and ventilation, while its two apses will allow you to store your bags or your equipment outside to save space inside the tent. Lighter and easier to pitch than a double-wall tent, the single-wall Grit tent may also be more susceptible to the risk of condensation. Also, in order to guarantee optimal conditions of use, it is recommended to leave two openings in order to create a small air current to evacuate the humidity linked to body heat in order to limit the potential risks of condensation.
