Choisir la bonne taille pour ses chaussures n’est pas une mince affaire ! Point clé de la tenue du sportif, la chaussure peut être la clé de votre réussite ou de votre échec si elle n’est pas à votre taille. Afin d’éviter que vos activités préférées se transforment en cauchemar, voici quelques conseils :

- Debout en chaussettes, posez votre pied à plat sur une feuille de papier installée sur une surface plane et marquez un trait au crayon sur la feuille au niveau de votre plus grand orteil et de votre arrière talon.
- Mesurez en centimètres la distance entre les deux marques de crayon.
- Calculez la taille en points de Paris (taille européenne) de votre pied grâce au calcul suivant : 1 point de Paris = 0,66cm ou fiez-vous à notre tableau de correspondance pour trouver votre taille idéale en fonction de la marque de la chaussure souhaitée.

Si vous hésitez entre deux tailles, sachez qu’il est généralement conseillé de choisir une demi taille au-dessus de la vôtre lorsqu’il s’agit de sélectionner vos chaussures de sport.

The ASICS Trabuco 11 Gore-Tex trail shoe is designed for runners looking for a versatile, high-performance trail shoe that keeps rain and snow out thanks to its GORE-TEX™ membrane. It features the ASICSGRIP™ solid rubber outsole, FF BLAST™ midsole, breathable mesh upper for optimal foot ventilation, and rearfoot GEL technology. The objective of this model is above all to ensure excellent cushioning and shock absorption.

GORE-TEX ™ TECHNOLOGY
GORE-TEX™ technology provides optimal waterproofing and breathability of the shoe. This highly effective membrane keeps water out while allowing air to circulate, keeping you dry and comfortable even in harsh weather conditions.

ASICSGRIP™ TECHNOLOGY
The outsole features ASICSGRIP technology for exceptional grip on the toughest terrain. Multi-directional lugs in the sole provide excellent traction in all directions, for added stability and security in technical terrain

FF BLAST™ CUSHIONING
Equipped with a FlyteFoam midsole, the Trabuco 11 Gore-Tex shoe provides a feeling of cushioning and lightness over time: you run faster, longer, whatever the conditions. Traditionally, when you add more foam to a shoe, you add more weight. By stacking the midsole with FF BLAST™ cushioning, this material adds a responsive feel to your step while keeping the shoe lightweight.

GEL TECHNOLOGY
The Trabuco 11 Gore-Tex shoe is equipped with ASICS Gel cushioning technology (rearfoot), which is placed in ground impact zones to absorb shock. This reduces the strain on joints and muscles while running, reducing the risk of injury. Gel technology also improves foot transition by helping to maintain a smoother ride.
