Choisir la bonne taille pour ses chaussures n’est pas une mince affaire ! Point clé de la tenue du sportif, la chaussure peut être la clé de votre réussite ou de votre échec si elle n’est pas à votre taille. Afin d’éviter que vos activités préférées se transforment en cauchemar, voici quelques conseils :

- Debout en chaussettes, posez votre pied à plat sur une feuille de papier installée sur une surface plane et marquez un trait au crayon sur la feuille au niveau de votre plus grand orteil et de votre arrière talon.
- Mesurez en centimètres la distance entre les deux marques de crayon.
- Calculez la taille en points de Paris (taille européenne) de votre pied grâce au calcul suivant : 1 point de Paris = 0,66cm ou fiez-vous à notre tableau de correspondance pour trouver votre taille idéale en fonction de la marque de la chaussure souhaitée.

Entre deux tailles

Si vous hésitez entre deux tailles, sachez qu’il est généralement conseillé de choisir une demi taille au-dessus de la vôtre lorsqu’il s’agit de sélectionner vos chaussures de sport.

It also offers a firmer density that prevents the foot from turning inward too much (overpronation) thanks to the placement of the foam on the medial part of the midsole. Your feeling of security is enhanced by the indispensable stone protection plate which protects the foot against steep terrain and trail debris and helps preserve the flexibility of the outsole, for a more durable shoe.

AGILE UP AND DOWN
The ASICS Trabuco helps you go faster on the trails, uphill and downhill. The AsicsGrip™ rubber outsole features a lug pattern optimized for trail uphills and downhills, on the lateral and medial portions of the shoe. The grip is perfect, even on slippery ground.

MORE EFFICIENT PROPULSION
This version of the Gel-Trabuco features a redesigned upper and reduced weight. The Flytefoam™ midsole combined with the famous Asics Gel™ cushioning in the heel also provides advanced comfort. This responsive foam creates better propulsion throughout your reconnaissance off the beaten path.
