Nice shop friendly service people. They sent my fried Bosch battery for replacement and called to tell me it was ready and as it was under warranty there would be no charge. A minute later they called back to say I had to pay 15€ for what was literally a two minute diagnosis. I commented when I went to pick it up that this was a bit petty (mesquin) and Maurice the manager came at me extremely violently yelling that I should have thanked him etc. Most bike stores seek to be helpful to cyclists. I might easily have become a customer but I will never go there again."
