How do you choose your running shoes for training?
- You're just starting to run: to progress in running, choose a shoe with good cushioning to avoid muscle and joint injuries. The following models will meet your needs: the Mizuno Wave Sky, the Asics Nimbus, the Saucony Triumph, the New Balance 1080 and the Brooks Glycerin. If you have a slight pronation or are looking for stability, turn to Saucony's Hurricane, Mizuno's Wave Creation, New Balance's 1260 or Brooks' Adrenaline.
- You are at an intermediate level or used to running: look for the combination of dynamism and cushioning. Prioritize, for example, the Asics Gel Cumulus, Mizuno Wave Rider, Saucony Ride, New Balance 880 or Brooks Ghost. For more stability, check out Asics' Kayano, Mizuno's Ultima, Saucony's Guide or New Balance's 860.
