Comment prendre ses mesures ?

Choisir la bonne taille pour ses chaussures n’est pas une mince affaire ! Point clé de la tenue du sportif, la chaussure peut être la clé de votre réussite ou de votre échec si elle n’est pas à votre taille. Afin d’éviter que vos activités préférées se transforment en cauchemar, voici quelques conseils :

  • - Debout en chaussettes, posez votre pied à plat sur une feuille de papier installée sur une surface plane et marquez un trait au crayon sur la feuille au niveau de votre plus grand orteil et de votre arrière talon.
  • - Mesurez en centimètres la distance entre les deux marques de crayon.
  • - Calculez la taille en points de Paris (taille européenne) de votre pied grâce au calcul suivant : 1 point de Paris = 0,66cm ou fiez-vous à notre tableau de correspondance pour trouver votre taille idéale en fonction de la marque de la chaussure souhaitée.

Après de nombreux essais j'ai enfin trouvé il y a une dizaine d'années une chaussure parfaite pour moi et depuis tous les trois ou quatre ans j'en commande une autre paire. Celle-ci sera la troisième. Elle tient bien le pied, surtout dans la descente, et accroche sur tous les terrains. Elle est imperméable et même ma première paire l'est encore après toutes ces années de randonnées. Du coup j'en ai offert une paire à mon épouse et une à ma fille. En plus cette paire était en solde! Le pied...
