Comment prendre ses mesures ?

Choisir la bonne taille pour ses chaussures n’est pas une mince affaire ! Point clé de la tenue du sportif, la chaussure peut être la clé de votre réussite ou de votre échec si elle n’est pas à votre taille. Afin d’éviter que vos activités préférées se transforment en cauchemar, voici quelques conseils :

- Debout en chaussettes, posez votre pied à plat sur une feuille de papier installée sur une surface plane et marquez un trait au crayon sur la feuille au niveau de votre plus grand orteil et de votre arrière talon.
- Mesurez en centimètres la distance entre les deux marques de crayon.
- Calculez la taille en points de Paris (taille européenne) de votre pied grâce au calcul suivant : 1 point de Paris = 0,66cm ou fiez-vous à notre tableau de correspondance pour trouver votre taille idéale en fonction de la marque de la chaussure souhaitée.

Entre deux tailles

Si vous hésitez entre deux tailles, sachez qu’il est généralement conseillé de choisir une demi taille au-dessus de la vôtre lorsqu’il s’agit de sélectionner vos chaussures de sport.

The MEINDL Litepeak Gore-Tex men's hiking shoe , here available in blue and orange, is intended for experienced hikers. It is suitable for those looking for a robust and technical all-purpose model for undertaking long treks . It is ideal for steep trails in good condition. Marked Gore-Tex , this model is completely waterproof while remaining breathable. The outsole of this shoe is equipped with Multigrip 3 Alpin Light technology from Vibram® which will guarantee you excellent grip on all types of terrain. The Variofix® lacing system provides a perfect fit at the heel. When lacing, the "Speed Wire" strap is pulled tightly and evenly around the heel and thus promotes excellent heel support.

Excellent produit très confortable bon maintien du pied. Après plusieurs sorties de 15kms pas de douleurs au pieds (ne pas hésiter à prendre 1 taille au dessus). Chaussures achetées pour faire le GR20, je recommande ce produit
